ReplySync Terms of Service

Welcome to ReplySync, a service provided by Guttae AB ("ReplySync", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Sweden, organisation number: 559266-9948. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReplySync website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("you", "your", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organisation and promising that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

1. Service Overview

ReplySync offers email auto-reply solutions that ensure messages are always updated according to employee availability, integrating with platforms like Slack and Google Workspaces to facilitate seamless communication within companies.

2. Account Registration and Access

To use the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Grant of Rights

Subject to these Terms, ReplySync grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

4. Access to Email Providers

4.1. Permission Requirement: Use of the Service requires access to your email provider. You acknowledge that in providing this access, ReplySync may obtain additional permissions beyond setting auto-reply messages.

4.2. User Consent: We will never access or use these additional permissions without obtaining your explicit consent.

4.3. Data Security: While we prioritize the security of your data and store all credentials in an encrypted format, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach, ReplySync cannot be held responsible for the leakage of user credentials. However, customers will be contacted swiftly so that credentials can be revoked.

5. User Obligations

5.1. Compliance: You agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.

5.2. Prohibited Uses: You agree not to misuse the Service in any way that is illegal or harms ReplySync, its service, other users, or anyone else.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of ReplySync and its licensors.

7. Termination

ReplySync may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, you can cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. To cancel, please manage your subscription in the organisation settings and also email us at info@replysync.com for the refund. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will be terminated immediately.

If you cancel your subscription after the initial 30 days, you will retain access to the product until the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the organisation settings. No further action is required, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the first 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event will ReplySync be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReplySync, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

ReplySync reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
