GDPR Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to the processing of personal data by ReplySync, a service provided by Guttae AB ("we", "us", or "our"), in the provision of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service") to our users ("you", "your"). By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Processing of Personal Data

We will process personal data provided by you only for the purpose of providing the Service and in accordance with your instructions. The types of personal data processed, and the categories of data subjects, are described in the Service documentation and this Agreement.

2. Rights of Data Subjects

We will assist you in ensuring the protection of the rights of data subjects under GDPR. This includes assistance in responding to requests for data access, rectification, deletion, and data portability.

3. Subprocessors

We may use subprocessors to process personal data. We ensure that such subprocessors are bound by data protection obligations compatible with those outlined in this Agreement.

4. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

5. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify you without undue delay and will provide timely information relating to the breach as it becomes known or as is reasonably requested by you.

6. Termination

Upon termination of the Service, we will, at your choice, delete or return all personal data to you, and delete existing copies unless EU or member state law requires storage of the personal data.

7. Modification and Amendments

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on this page or through other communications.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which we are established, subject to any regulations that may be applicable under GDPR.
