Overview

Reply.io runs your email and LinkedIn outreach. ReplySync works on top of it, through your Reply.io account and not your mailboxes, so Herd sees exactly the replies Reply.io sees, in the same threads.

Herd reads every reply, labels it by your definitions and drafts the answer within 2 minutes. Once you approve, he sends it through Reply.io, from the same mailbox or sender and in the same thread.

Configure

In ReplySync, pick Reply.io and paste your key (organization keys also need a user ID).

Herd checks it right away on 5 lines: clients, senders, labels, the reply hook and sending. If a check fails, he names the missing permission and how to fix it.

Keys are encrypted at rest and never sent to the AI. Only the last 4 characters show after saving, and if a key is revoked, Herd tells you within an hour.

Labels

Every Reply.io reply gets a label, using the definitions you give Herd rather than a generic model. Interested replies go to the top of the list for that client, so the ones worth a meeting are answered first.

Replies in other languages are labeled "Other language" and don't get a draft, for now.

Approvals and auto mode

Nothing goes out without your nod. Approve one draft, a few, or all of them, and Herd sends each through Reply.io.

You can switch on auto mode for a client. Even then, angry, legal, pricing and uncertain replies still wait for you.

Meetings and follow-ups

Connect a calendar (Cal.com, Calendly, Chili Piper or Google Calendar) and Herd matches bookings to leads by email. Once a meeting lands he stops following up, and your first booked meeting is what ends the free period.

Slack

One Slack install gives each client its own channel. Positive Reply.io replies post there within 2 minutes, with the draft, and clients can connect their own Slack.
