Connect Expandi so Herd sees who replied on LinkedIn and keeps every client's waiting leads in one place

Overview

Expandi runs your LinkedIn outreach. ReplySync connects to it with a webhook link, so Herd sees each reply as it comes in and files it under the right client.

Counts replies from the day it's added, syncs every few hours. Everything else stays in Expandi: you read and answer the conversation there, and Herd keeps the list of leads still waiting so nobody slips.

Configure

In ReplySync, pick Expandi. Herd makes a webhook link for you. Paste it into Expandi and replies start arriving from that moment on.

Clients and senders come in on their own, and new clients show up within 24 hours for you to add or skip.

Reply tracking

Counts replies from the day it's added, syncs every few hours. You get the list of who replied, per client, plus an alert in Slack, so interested leads don't sit unanswered.

Meetings and follow-ups

Connect a calendar (Cal.com, Calendly, Chili Piper or Google Calendar) and Herd matches bookings to leads by email. Once a meeting lands he stops following up, and your first booked meeting is what ends the free period.

One Slack install gives each client its own channel. Positive Expandi replies post there within 2 minutes, and clients can connect their own Slack.
